At MELLOW DAYS, every order is a curated selection of paper goods and creative tools. We prepare your parcels in our studio with the same care and intentionality that Cynthia brings to the design of our journals and accessories.

A note on our current rhythm: Our family has recently grown! We just became parents to a lovely girl. As we embrace this new chapter, we have adopted a slower, more mindful pace. This means we may take a little longer to prepare your order, but please be assured that we still hand-pack every package with the utmost devotion before shipping it as soon as possible.

 

1. France & Europe: Proximity and Care

For our nearby customers, we prioritize flexibility. Whether you choose the convenience of Mondial Relay or the speed of Colissimo, we ensure a seamless experience.

  • Metropolitan France: Free delivery on orders over €95. For smaller orders, rates start at €3.65.
  • Nearby Europe (BE, LU, DE, IT, AT, ES, PT, NL): Free delivery on orders over €130. Rates start at €4.50 depending on your zone.
  • Rest of Europe (UK, Switzerland): Free delivery on orders over €160.

 

2. North America: Our "Transatlantic Bridge"

Crossing the ocean requires flawless protection. Because we know our customers in the United States and Canada look for the exceptional, we have redesigned our shipping rates to support your creative journey. Given the distance, actual shipping costs for these zones start at €32.00. To thank you for your passion, we have established two "Privilege Tiers":

  • The "Sharing" Rate (Orders over €150): Your shipping cost is reduced to a flat fee of €20. Mellow Days covers the remainder of the actual transport cost to help your journals reach their new home.
  • The Privilege Threshold (Orders over €250): Delivery is entirely free. This is our way of thanking our "Super Fans" who bring a significant piece of our studio into their world.

 

3. Rest of the World

We ship our essentials globally to inspire creativity everywhere.

  • Global Shipping: Free delivery on orders over €200. For other orders, rates start at €4.50.

The Path of Your Order

Once your order leave our studio, they begin their journey to you. While we select the most reliable partners, the road can sometimes be longer than expected, especially during busy seasons or due to international logistics.

Our Commitment to You: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, we ask for your patience for a period of 30 days. This delay is often necessary for carriers to resolve local routing issues.

After this period, we will personally open an official inquiry. If, after one additional week, the package is confirmed as lost or damaged, we will find the best solution for you: a complete reshipment of your essentials or a full refund. We are with you at every step of the way until your Mellow Days order is safely in your hands.

International Shipping and Customs

Our packages are sent with a tracking number to ensure traceability. Regarding customs, there are typically no additional charges; however, if you happen to receive a fee, please contact us at hello@mymellowdays.com.
