Return Policy

You have 30 days upon the receiption of your order to return, or obtain a refund of your purchase.


Can I return an item?*

Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You must provide us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned : Gift Cards, Discounted Items.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item.

We will send you an email to confirm that we have received it, and notify you of our decision to approve, or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the following days.


Am I eligible for a refund?

1. If you're unsatisfied with your item you may apply for a partial refund if the product shows manufacturing defects or errors, (upon inspection and proof provided by customer).

2. If you didn't receive your items within 25 days after shipment, please contact us at this address : info@mymellowdays.com providing us with your name and order number.

 

Discounted Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

 

Exchanges

We can only replace an item if the product shows manufacturing defects or errors, (upon inspection and proof provided by customer). If this is the case and you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  : info@mymellowdays.com


*You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and are not responsible for lost returned items.
