Order Processing
All of your orders are hand packed with much care by us. Just as a reminder it is only us two, Cynthia and Simon working from our apartment home. We ship through the local Post Office as well as Mondial Relay (available for certain European countries), so we don't work with any special shipping carrier.
UPDATE: It's now three of us! We just became parents for the first time of a lovely girl❤️ Which means we will take a bit longer to prepare your order but we will still do our best to ship every package as soon as we can.
Tracked Shipping
Our packages are sent with a tracking number (except to Clipperton, Andorre, Nouvelle-Calédonie, Polynésie Française, Terres Australes et Antarctiques Françaises, Wallis et Futuna where they are not available), to ensure the traceability of your order during transport. We ship through the local Post Office as well as Mondial Relay (available for certain European countries).
Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of the package. But are free for any order with a minimum amount of 200 €*
You Haven't Received Your Order?
Sometimes delivery time may be affected due to various factors, especially during the holiday season when the quantity of postal items is more important. It also sometimes happens that carriers have logistical unforeseen events, slowing down deliveries.
This is why we leave a period of 30 days before launching an investigation with our carriers. Following this we leave one more week to receive a response from them. If it turns out that the package was lost or damaged, we will offer to reship your order or a refund.
If there is a delay, we will stay in contact with the carrier to ensure that your package arrives at your home.
